Comments: | This is a new IHOP. However the service and the quality of food is unacceptable. Our order was wrong. We were charged for an item that we never even recieved. Since our waitress never got it right, we decided to forget about, however she did remember to charge us for it. We talked to the manager and he did not even care. He was rude and uncaring. We still had to pay for the item, because we were charged for it, even though we never recieved it. We usually go to another IHOP, however this one was closer. It was not worth it and we won't be back. I would rather go to a restraunt where the manager cares and tries to make things right

Comments: | Even with the breakfast and lunch rush on weekends, the staff does a great job of being attentive. On Sat. and Sun. there is a really cool balloon guy which the kids love. I like being able to eat pancakes any time of the day. |

Comments: | I always leave a tip even when the service is poor but this
time I couldn't even bring myself to do that. This is the worst service I
have ever had. I had to get my own refills and never got everything I
ordered. I don't knw if all IHOP's have sunk to this level of terrible
service but I would stay very far away from this one. |

Comments: | A fun place to eat. This IHOP has a balloon lady there on the weekends, which the kids LOVED. The wait to be seated was a bit long
because of the crowd, but the balloon lady kept the kids entertained while
we waited. The server was excellent and the staff was generally very
happy and helpful. |

Comments: | Doesn't matter which IHOP you visit, they are all alike...typical "family-style" eateries. The food is okay if you're starving....but, be sure to stay close to a restroom the rest of the day!
Their pancakes are tasteless as well as the low-grade syrups they offer.
Not interested. |
