was excellent, highly recommend it but don't recommend the fondue for 2. |

Comments: | I would never EVER go back to the melting pot again... I went to try it - didn't like it... AT ALL. I thought the food was expensive (especially when you have to cook it yourself) our waiter was rude and talked super fast - so we had no idea what we were doing! Portions were really small - steam from the fondue pot went in peoples faces and you couldn't hold a conversation. I will say - the chocolate fondue was very good. I would ONLY go back just for dessert. Otherwise don't waste your money! |

Comments: | Dinner for 4 was $200 and we didn't have drinks. Meat and
seafood was what you would expect at Denny's. Would you believe $25 for 6
oz. SIRLOIN and 5 small (50- 60 ct.) shrimp? The cheese fondue was like
shredded Sargento with Worcheshire sauce to dip pieces of stale bread that
the plaza pigeons would reject. No wonder there was no wait on a Saturday
night. Some of the other reviewers must be a member of the management.
Micro some cheese, plop cheap meat in boiling water- you'll get the same
thing, and be $200 ahead. |

Comments: | Don't get sucked into the full meal. Costs too much, and it's too much food. Go with the intention of ordering only a pot of cheese and a pot of dessert fondue. Not so expensive that way, and you'll have plenty to eat. Cheese and chocolate are to die for. |

Comments: | This was a fun place to try once. We went with 2 other couples - might be better with just two people. Food was WAY overpriced for having to cook it yourself (dinner [no dessert] w/ 2 glasses of wine and 1 beer=$95). The meat platter was large but they skimped on veggies. The waiter made the place unattractive - rattled off cooking instructions too quickly and seemed to be rather impressed with himself. |

Comments: | Best part about the Melting Pot is their $5 wine tasting on Thursdays. Generous pours, great wines, and superb ambiance. Martinis are also excellent. Wouldn't eat here - food is entirely overpriced. Prime cuts of meat are mediocre. Great drinks, though. Go for the wine tasting. |

Comments: | Wow... This place is WAY overpriced! We went for a birthday evening with 2 other couples and it was very confusing... hard to find things that everyone could agree on... The main course (meat) you cook yourself... and I think we ended up with food poisioning as it's hard to keep track of how long you've been cooking your food... definitely take a timer with you! For 2 of us (with drinks) our bill was $200... |
