Comments: | Hikari is an outstanding Japanese restaurant. The sushi is fresh and presented with an artistic flair, and the grilled dishes are very tasty. Of the sushi selections, the rainbow roll (like a California roll with fish on top (nigiri-style) is my personal favorite, followed by the caterpillar roll (cooked eel with avocado), spider roll (soft shell crab) and spicy yellowtail roll. Make sure to have the albacore nigiri -- delicious! For those not ready for sushi, the grill is excellent and reasonably priced. Huge meals with your choice of beef, chicken or seafood are prepared right at your table by chefs who can juggle knives, plates and various parts of your dinner. |

Comments: | I will never return to this restaurant. Although the food was average to good ,and I like Japanese Steakhouses, these guys were trying to play a game with me. I ordered a Shrimp based dinner and a Shrimp appetizer. I got 7 small shrimp total. The portions were very small, and I'm not a big eater. Yet it was the first time I ever left a Japanese Steakhouse hungry. When I questioned the staff about how many shrimp come with a meal, they sent in the manager who would never answer the question. After 10 minutes of conversation going nowhere, my friends and I left unsatisfied and feeling very ripped off. |

Comments: | This place is a little hard to find, but well worth it. Excellent sushi bar and fantastic service. The steak house part is great too, but come hungry, because they give you a lot of food. |

Comments: | I will never step foot into this establishment again. My family and I have never experience such poor service and embarrasment as we did today. Drink orders were never taken, sushi order was incorrectly made and then argued with by the owner when informed the order was wrong. We've been to several other Japanese steakhouses and this one is, by far, a disgrace. |
