Comments: | The wait was horrible and the hostess down right rude.
My fiancé order a noodle dish that was WAY too salty. To the point of
being inedible. My dish was of average quality. Not any better than you
would find in a decent Chinese takeout. I was expecting much better from
the vaulted P.F. Chang's. The waitress although nice was inattentive. |

Comments: | Call the day before to make reservation. Went in early to give
name and sat down in 45 minutes. Very Crowded. Did not like the lettece
eggrolls, some people say they are great. Orange chicken fullfills the
name Orange for sure. Crunchy Honey Shrimp was very good hated the little
white noodles underneath the shrimp. Made a sauce in front of you. Hated
it. Really feel that people who eat there have not tried real Chinese, or
maybe I like the americanized version better. Orange chicken was not how I
have had it at many places. Plastic chop sticks I hated them Wife loved
them. I would seek somewhere else to look although you can take a carriage
ride and get some nice coffee to help settle your stomach. Friend had a
bad experience and emailed them, Regional Manger Called him stating that
he was flying to KC and Promised his experience would be better next time. |

Comments: | I don't normally like Chinese but P.F. Chang's food is not
normal Chinese. It's one of my favorite restaurants. Wish I could eat
there more often!! Service is great, waiters make suggestions. Even
brought free vegetable last time for us to try. |

Comments: | My fiance and I went there on the
day of our engagement to celebrate. The hostess was incredibly rude
because we asked to have a booth on our special day. I guess we were
asking her for too much! The waitress made up for it, though. I doubt
I'll return. |

Comments: | We were not impressed with the PF Chang's hype! The food was very, very, salty & with little flavor. Food was hot (temp), which was a plus. Wait was realy long, almost 2 hours - recommend reservations. I was served the wrong meal & had to wait for the right one (kinda lost my appetite). Too Americanized for my husband & I. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. |

Comments: | PF Changs is by far one of the most wonderful restraunts in the KC area but with the good comes the bad the hostesses are always rude appearently they feel they are better than the rest of us due to their wonderful high paying (hahahah) job as a hostess. There is always a wait they don't take reservations for less than 8 but you are more than welcome to call ahead and put your name on the list. There food is wonderful and there is nothing better than the lettuce wraps along with the sauce made by your waiter which you can make @ home ( equal parts soy sauce white vineger chinese mustard crushed hot peppers and a little hot oil to taste). The food is always served hot and they have wonderful deserts. |

Comments: | there was a long wait which was understandable since it was dinner time. the service was okay but i didn't like the fact that our waiter created a sauce and making things up about the sauce and how it would be done in china. well, it's not and it's a lie. chinese people don't use mustard! my food in general tasted okay if i wanted to eat a chinese meal that didn't taste chinese. it was edible! if you are looking for a place to eat real chinese food then do not go to P.F. Chang! I've had better meals for $5! if you do want to be fooled then this is the place! |
