Comments: | I had the miso soup, tuna (white & red), salmon, snapper,
avacado rolls & sushi. Everything was very fresh, very tasty, and
beautifully prepared. The price seemed reasonable as well. I will not go
anywhere else for sushi from now on! |

Comments: | Have enjoyed this restaurant for years. Seafood delivery is on Thursday so sushi is best on Friday. Cooking is done in the kitchen not at the table (which I prefer). People we have taken there with extensive
experience eating sushi have rated it highly. |

Comments: | Used to frequent there for lunch until we realized the quality was going down hill each time we went. We even asked for extra spicey tuna roll and they charged us $1 for the spice powder! Complete rip off for tourists -- embarrassment to KC |

Comments: | We had a wonderful time. Thursdays are not busy, part of our party wanted the teppanyaki, part wanted sushi, so we arranged ourselves accordingly in the upstairs teppanyahi room. Yum! And I just had the very few tuna roll leftovers for lunch today. Only down side is that to get to the steakhouse portion you have to go up stairs.

Comments: | I have to admit I am a frequent customer of this restaurant but have NEVER been disappointed. I love sushi. They have a great, fresh selection offered up via tables or sushi bar. For non-sushi eaters (as many of my friends are)they have the Steakhouse section where they cook on the griddle at the table or other tables with a nice Japanese menu to choose from. This menu includes teriyaki items, tempura items, etc. The food is always excellent, service is always top-notch and I love the atmosphere. They're very busy on Saturday nights - so make a reservation or plan to wait. |

Comments: | Wonderful and innovative, Shogun's have the freshest sushi in the Kansas City area-- and I've been to a lot. They also have non-traditional sushi concoctions as well as the usual assortment of nigiri and rolls. The taste is fabulous and remarkably authentic. The Teppanyaki grill is just as awesome with food hot and seasonsed just right. The chefs are all friendly and filled with humor. Shogun's is a little understaffed but the food and ambiance more than make up for it. |

Comments: | This is the best place to go for lunch. You get alot of food. If you get the grill you get soup, salad and your entree that consists of a meal and/or seafood, rice(steamed or fried) and veggies. This is enough food for almost two meals. I LOVE THIS PLACE! |
