Comments: | This is not an easy place to find - kinda behind the Panera on Metcalf - but it's worth the hunt. I've eaten at just about every Indian restaurant in town and this is far and away the best. Maybe the best I've had anywhere. The food is fresh and hot, well prepared and presented and the service is wonderful. Not just attentive and friendly, but warm, caring, sincere. The people running this place know a secret few restaurant people seem to be able to figure out: being nice costs you nothing extra and pays off big. Even if the food was just so-so, I'd go back because they treated me so nicely. A great restaurant! |

Comments: | I saw this new restaurant in Westport and thought I should check it out. I was thinking it will be one of those moderate restaurant, however it turns out that the food quality is excellent. The cook must be an expert. It resembled traditional punjabi style cusine. The mango lassi is simply superb. I did not find any item on the menu that I did not like. The entire menu was cooked with utmost care and was very very tasty. They also serve tea at the end of your lunch. The waiters were very attentive and polite. One word to summarize the experience "AWESOME". |

Comments: | This place really has good food. They have a limited menu for a buffet, but still the quality of food is good. They have buffet only on week days, in this way it is very different from other Indian restaurants. On weekends they have a meal for some $6 or so, but does not give you enough of an experience with Indian food. The plus point is that the food was well cooked and tasty. |
