Favorites: | THE BEANS!!! and burnt ends |
Comments: | This place has the best BBQ beans in the world!!!! I now live in Michigan, but I buy a couple gallons of Summit beans to take back with me when I visit KC. They have great smoky BBQ flavor and include bits of burnt end meat. I've tried having them mail me some, but they won't.
Anybody have a solution for that?? |

Comments: | We had a group of 14 from CA to Minn to KS to TX to TN. 6 of us grew up in/near Memphis. And this was the best BBQ we've had outside of West TN--ever! The service was efficient: no long wait (considering how many there were of us) and no mix-ups. The beans, sauce and slaw were great. The back-ground music was not too loud--a real bummer when you've got a large group of people who haven't seen each other in a long time. |
