Comments: | My wife and I just moved here from S. Cal and expected the Olive Garden to be as decent as it was back there (not to worry the other KC restaurants seem better). We waited over half an hour for a table (This was acceptable), then found half the items we wanted to order unavailable as they had run out (this was pre-Y2K when most places had a bit of overstock). We then waited about 30 minutes for our meals (this is a very long time for this kind of restaurant), only to discover the food far below what we had come to expect as a minimal level for this chain. In addition we had to deal with several unexpected substitutions when our meal came, as they were out of other items (it's one thing to be informed before your order is sent to the kitchen, another when they are placing it on your table). We will not be back there again and urge others to avoid it as well. We are however willing to try other O.G.'s in this area as we believe this one to be an aberation. |

Comments: | Wife & i have been to this location several times with no cpmplaints, this vist was our 48th anniversary. The waitress was having some kind problem and we had the poorest service we have ever had. Not one smile or hello, she acted as if we had entruded on her by being there. After all that i left a $3 tip instead of 6 and mentioned it to the seater
as we left. Will for sure be my last visit. |

Comments: | After the waitress spilled a full glass of ice tea on my 4 month old sleeping grandson, we received no appologies. We did not get to eat the meal at all because we could not get the baby to calm down, but before we left the waitress brought our $46.00 bill!!!!! Still no appology. My
daughter overheard the waitress tell the manager we were a pain in the ass!!! I spoke with the manager who agreed to take the bill...still no apology!!!I will never eat there again needless to say. Who knows if the food was good. Who cares! |

Comments: | If you love waiting in line, slow service, and a noisy
atmosphere then you'll love this place. Once you finally get your meal, it's very good. But eat a snack before you go so you won't pass out waiting for your dinner. There servers are friendly, but a bit too immature. Ok for the younger set. |

Comments: | Don't waste your money here on dry, tasteless breadsticks and barely average portions of pasta! We highly recommend Cafe Italia, where you'll be served delicious, genuine Italian pasta in very generous amounts. Their bread is really tasty, served with warm olive oil and fresh Parmesan cheese. We always have enough food left to enjoy for a lunch or two afterward. |

Comments: | I was disappointed with both the salad and the main course. I had a trio consisting of lasagna, chicken parmesan, and fettuccini alfredo. The portions were small, but more importantly, not very good. I will not go back to this restaurant. |
