Comments: | I have been going to Panzon's for at least 5 years, but I
believe it has been longer. Ever since I have gone it has been my favorite restaurant. There has not been one month that I haven't eaten there, we try to keep it at once every two weeks. The service is friendly and dependable, and the food is great. To enjoy the full Panzon's experience, however, you have to have the cheese dip. |

Comments: | We were referred to Panzon's by a friend of ours and unfortunately we were very disappointed. When we arrived we didn't know that the restaraunt was a 'seat yourself' type so we stood around for awhile until we figured that out, no one came to our assistance. We didn't care for the way the chips and salsa were left sitting out on the tables. Chips were cold and stale, salsa - bland. We did try the cheese queso and that was the only good part of our meal. We needed drink refills and after 10 minutes of waiting we set our glasses at the edge of the table hoping the waitress would notice, it did take awhile and the restaurant was not that busy. The beef taco salad came with cold beef and more lettuce than anything else. I think I counted 4 pieces of tomato in all. Even though the queso was delicious, it's not enough to make us ever go there again. |

Comments: | If you go to Panzon's make sure you are ready for a lot of fun because that is all that I ever get when I am there. If you were to try and find a restraunt where the employess are this fun it would be very
difficult. You always have a friend waiting at Panzon's. Go there and
eat a lot of chips, salsa, cheese dip and the great fish tacos. Enjoi. |

Comments: | Food is awesome and great prices. service is usually a little slow- they aren't too quick on the drink refills. the only bad part is the mess you go through to get a table. there is no hostess stand or
places to sit. you just have to fight your way to someone at the bar and
ask to put your name in, then stand in a heard for 45 minutes until
someone calls your name. there is plenty of room to add a waiting area,
so that would be my number one suggestion! but we go back anyway, we are
addicted to the food and the margaritas have a kick! worth the money
every time. |

Comments: | The taco salad was 98% lettuce and the chicken was cold. The fried beans my husband ordered were runny and cold. A taco salad laid out with a few chips around the perimeter was terrible. The chips put out were greasy and cold. We will never eat here again. The wait was almost an hour and the food was not worth the wait. |
